Do you accept returns of used items?
No, we do not accept returns of used devices. Only devices that have been tested are eligible for return. If we determine that a device has been used beyond normal testing purposes, no refund will be issued and the device will be returned to the customer with an additional handling and return shipping fee applied.
How must the device be returned?
The device must be returned in the same good condition in which it was sent to the customer. You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
