1. Order & Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3โ10 business days, depending on your location.

Orders are delivered via UPS, DHL, or another available courier service.
Standard shipping is free
Express shipping is available at an additional cost, depending on your location
2. Delivery Method
Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided during checkout using trusted courier services such as UPS or DHL.
Tracking information may be provided once the order has been dispatched.
3. How to Place an Order
Select the product you wish to purchase.
Add the product to your shopping cart.
Review your cart and add any available special offers.
Click Checkout.
Enter your personal and delivery details.
Choose a courier option (UPS or another available service).
Select your payment method and complete the payment.
After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the website.

Return Registration

Do not send returns to our office address. Returns must be sent only to the warehouse address provided in the return instructions email.
How to Return Items

Send the item to the specified return address
Returns sent without prior registration may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
Refunds are issued within 5โ14 business days, depending on the situation
Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the condition of the item
5. Return Costs

6. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact customer support as soon as possible after placing the order.
If the order has not yet been shipped, processing may be stopped
If the order has already been shipped, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
7. Used Items & Return Eligibility
Used devices are not eligible for return.
Only devices that have been tested briefly are accepted. If a device has been used beyond normal testing, no refund will be issued. The device will be returned to the customer, and additional handling and return shipping fees may apply.
8. Condition of Returned Items
Returned devices must be in the same condition as received, including all original components and packaging.
